The Highest accepted bidder shall be the purchaser of the selected lot.
Goods may only be removed from floor once paid for by the Purchaser.
Goods must be paid for on date of auction and be removed no later than the following day at 16:00.
15% Buyers Commission to be added on top of the accepted Bid. Please make sure you take that in consideration when bidding. Please note that due to technical difficulties it will go through under taxes when bidding online.
The Auctioneer has the right to regulate the bidding process.
The Auctioneer does not hold himself responsible for any errors of description.
A Bid shall be accepted as proof that the bidder has made himself/herself acquainted with the condition of the lots he/she bids on.

You will be liable for the payment of 15% buyers commission for goods purchased on the online auction and not paid for 48hours after the auction ended.
Storage fees may apply for goods not collected 48 hours after the auction ended unless arranged for future date.
